4Q®Continuum® is the new, revolutionary invention of Settima Meccanica in the field of ultra-silent four-quadrants hydraulic.

It's the evolution of the successful Continuum® technology, invented and patented by Settima more than 20 years ago.

4Q®Continuum® technology is internationally patented and based on bi-helical rotors.

The main purpose of its four-quadrants functioning is to recover energy and it's typical of closed loop circuits.

In addition to the ultra-silent advantages, the 4Q®Continuum® technology provides energy regeneration. When necessary,

 it can be implemented to hoist and lower positive and negative loads in a controlled way.

In addition to this, Settima Meccanica has recently developed a high-performance integrated solution which combines the 

4Q® Continuum® pump with SpinRel® motor.

It meets the growing demands for energy-saving options in industrial and mobile productions or electrification applications, 

energy efficiency is synonymous with extensive range and reduced battery size.

4Q® Continuum® + SpinRel® electro-hydraulic solution allows to transform the recovered flow electrical energy and store 

it in a battery, thus being able to reach the maximum in terms of energy recovery amount.

液压油顶升

顶轴油泵或提升泵用于蒸汽、燃气和水力涡轮机。

当涡轮发电机轴非常缓慢地旋转时，或者在启动和关闭阶段期间，正常的润滑油供应不能确保足够的流体动力油楔，难以防止轴承损坏/故障。

顶轴油泵在轴和轴承之间产生润滑膜。

Settima 提供 SMT 和 SMT16B 三螺杆泵和 Continuum 螺旋转子泵，用于液压油顶升应用。
