一、进口气动保温调节阀概述

进口气动保温调节阀（美国威盾VTON），Pneumatic insulation control valve，也叫夹套保温调节阀，由气动薄膜执行器和带夹套保温的调节阀体组成，进口气动保温调节阀适用于需要保温的场合。当工艺介质的结晶温度低于环境温度或流体温度降低，造成粘度增加或流体出现凝固时，这时在阀体和上阀盖处增设蒸汽保温夹磁装置，使工艺过程按要求进行下去。气动保温调节阀的泄漏符合ANSI B16.104标准。气动保温调节阀配用多弹簧薄膜执行机构，其结构紧凑，输出力大。

Pneumatic insulation control valve (VTON), also known as jacket insulation control valve, is composed of a pneumatic thin film actuator and a regulating valve body with jacket insulation. Imported pneumatic insulation control valves are sui for situations that require insulation. When the crystallization temperature of the process medium is lower than the ambient temperature or the fluid temperature decreases, causing an increase in viscosity or solidification of the fluid, steam insulation and magnetic clamping devices are added at the valve body and upper valve cover to ensure that the process proceeds as required. The leakage of the pneumatic insulation regulating valve complies with ANSI B16.104 standard. The pneumatic insulation regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and a large output force.
