一、进口电动高压焊接球阀产品概述

美国威盾VTON电动高压焊接球阀是由焊接式的锻钢高压阀体及电子式角行程电动执行器组成，一般压力为16Mpa-50Mpa，可以用于高压的水，加压天然气，液压油等介质的开关控制。

电动执行器采用一体式结构，输入220V电源即可直接进行开关量调节，亦可内置伺服模块，输入控制信号(4～20mADC或1～5VDC)及单相电源即可控制运转。电动高压焊接球阀主要零部件经过专业厂家锻制，克服了铸钢阀门潜在的缺陷，在最大工作压力下能够保持其结构的抗压均匀性。电动高压焊接球阀适用介质： 水、油、气等非腐蚀性介质和酸碱腐蚀性介质。电动高压焊接球阀广泛应用于化工、石油、天然气、冶金、等行业及含硫化氢介质、杂质多、腐蚀严重的天然气长输管线。

VTON electric high-pressure welding ball valve is composed of a welded forged steel high-pressure valve body and an electronic angular stroke electric actuator, with a general pressure of 16Mpa to 50Mpa. It can be used for switching control of high-pressure water, pressurized natural gas, hydraulic oil and other media.

The electric actuator adopts an integrated structure, and can directly adjust the switch value by inputting a 220V power supply. It can also be equipped with a servo module. The operation can be controlled by inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and a single-phase power supply.
