一、进口气动三通调节阀概述

进口气动三通调节阀，Pneumatic three-way control valve，美国威盾VTON品牌，也叫气动三通温控阀，气动三通热交换阀，气动三通调温阀，气动三通调流量阀，由多弹簧气动薄膜执行机构和采用圆筒型薄壁窗口形阀芯的三通合流（分流）阀组成。具有结构简单、重量轻、动作灵敏、流量特性精确，以压缩空气为动力，接受控制系统输入的0-10mA DC或4-20mA DC电流信号，由调节器将压缩空气，转换成气源压力信号输入输出，可实现分程控制（段幅信号），从而改变阀芯开度位移，达到对流体介质的工艺参数精确调节控制
进口气动三通调节阀主要产品有三通合流式调节阀（把两种流体经三通阀混合成一种流体）和三通分流式调节阀（把一种流体经三通阀分成两路流出）两种形式。当公称通径DN≤80mm和压差较小的场合时，分流阀可以采用同口径的合流阀代替。流量特性有直线性、抛物线性两种。
进口气动三通调节阀可以代替二台同时使用的二通调节阀，起分流或合流作用及两相调节配比作用。

Pneumatic three-way control valve, also known as pneumatic three-way temperature control valve, also known as pneumatic three-way temperature control valve, pneumatic three-way heat exchange valve, pneumatic three-way temperature control valve, pneumatic three-way flow control valve, consists of a multi spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a three-way combined flow (diversion) valve with a cylindrical thin-walled window shaped valve core. It has a simple structure, light weight, sensitive action, and precise flow characteristics. It is powered by compressed air and receives 0-10mA DC or 4-20mA DC current signals from the control system. The regulator converts the compressed air a gas source pressure signal for input and output, which can achieve split range control (amplitude signal), thereby changing the valve core opening displacement and achieving precise adjustment and control of the process parameters of the fluid medium

The main products of imported pneumatic three-way regulating valves include three-way combined regulating valves (mixing two fluids one through the three-way valve) and three-way split regulating valves (dividing one fluid two paths and flowing out through the three-way valve). When the nominal diameter DN is ≤ 80mm and the pressure difference is small, the diversion valve can be replaced by a combined valve of the same diameter. There are two types of flow characteristics: linear and parabolic.

The imported pneumatic three-way regulating valve can replace two two-way regulating valves that are used simultaneously, playing a role in diverting or merging flow and regulating the ratio of two phases.
