粉体蝶阀由两个采用重力浇铸而成的半阀体组成，半阀体为铝合金材料，旋转阀板采用高分子材料制作，具有良好的密封性。顶部及底部相同的圆法兰，具有一个顶部法兰以及一个折边部件，适用于一根柔性套管。
