一、进口法兰式保温蝶阀产品概述

进口法兰式保温蝶阀（美国威盾VTON），Flange type insulation butterfly valve，也叫夹套保温蝶阀，带夹套保温层蝶阀，防止凝固结晶蝶阀，保温保冷蝶阀，是指在原有的三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀的阀体外部焊装了金属夹套保温层，在保温蝶阀的阀体两侧装有夹套接口，可涵入蒸汽、导热油或其它过热气体，以防止易凝固介质凝固或结晶。

美国威盾VTON法兰式保温蝶阀主要用于石油、化工、冶金、制药等各类系统中，以输送常温下会凝固的高粘度介质。法兰式保温蝶阀的夹套焊装于阀门的侧面，阀门的侧面设置有夹套的连接口，确保粘稠介质可顺畅地流过阀门。

A flange type insulation butterfly valve (VTON), also known as a jacketed insulation butterfly valve, is a butterfly valve with a jacketed insulation layer to prevent solidification and crystallization. It is a type of insulated butterfly valve that is welded with a metal jacket insulation layer on the outside of the original three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve body. A jacket interface is installed on both sides of the insulated butterfly valve body, which can contain steam, thermal oil, or other superheated gases to prevent the solidification or crystallization of easily solidified media.

VTON flange insulated butterfly valves are mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, etc., to transport high viscosity media that will solidify at room temperature. The jacket of the flange type insulated butterfly valve is welded on the side of the valve, and a connection port for the jacket is set on the side of the valve to ensure that the viscous medium can flow smoothly through the valve.

二、进口法兰式保温蝶阀工作原理

保温蝶阀就是在传统的蝶阀的基础上，在外部焊接了一个金属夹套，可以向这个夹套中冲入蒸汽、导热油、冷却水等这些在常温下会凝固的高粘度、蒸汽或其它保温、保冷介质，来起到保温保冷的作用。

夹套中的介质与管道中的介质的温度是相同的，一旦外界的温度过低或者过高的时候，高温或者低温首先接触的就是夹套中的介质，正是因为这些介质，所以外界的温度才不能传递到管道内的介质。所以能够起到良好的保温、保冷的作用。这样一来介质就不会出现结晶、凝固、粘稠的现象，保证了介质的正常输送。
