一、进口小口径气体减压阀概述

进口小口径气体减压阀，小口径气体减压器，Small-diameter gas reducing valve，就是是口径为G1/4,1/2,5/8等小规格的气体减压阀，将气体钢瓶中的高压气体减为实验及工况所需的低压气体压力的减压阀。采用活塞式减压结构，输出压力稳定，主要用于石油化工、化纤、照明电器、热处理、冶金、玻璃、食品、医药、电子、国防航天、航空等主导领域的氮气钢瓶，氧气钢瓶，氦气钢瓶，氢气钢瓶，氩气钢瓶，乙炔钢瓶的出口减压。

各种气体一般都是贮存在专用的高压气体钢瓶中，使用时通过减压阀使气体压力降至实验所需范围，再经过其它控制阀门细调，使气体输入使用系统。由于气瓶内压力较高，而气焊和气割和使用点所需的压力却较小，所以需要用减压器来把储存在气瓶内的较高压力的气体降为低压气体，并应保证所需的工作压力自始至终保持稳定状态。进口小口径气体减压阀是将高压气体降为低压气体、并保持输出气体的压力和流量稳定不变的调节装置。
